Coronavirus update – 17 March 2020
The safety and wellbeing of our team members, clients and visitors to our offices is always our priority. We want to let you know what we are doing in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Business as usual is really important for us. Our team are doing all we can to help you during these challenging times.
We support our clients and visitors to practice ‘social distancing’ within our offices and aim to avoid face to face contact closer than 2 metres for more than 15 minutes. Handshakes are on hold.
Clients and visitors who are showing respiratory/flu like symptoms, or have recently travelled through high risk locations, or are in contact with others who have, are asked to refrain from visiting our offices. Meetings can be conducted by phone or video conference.
Supporting our team
We are following the Ministry of Health’s requirements and guidelines around Covid-19 planning and will support our team with leave if they are impacted by self-isolation requirements. Staff are advised to stay at home if sick.
Additional actions are planned if the situation worsens.
